Items may only be returned if product is defective upon arrival. We will not accept returns for items that are not defective. If product is found to be defective, it must be submitted to our customer care team within 10 days of your purchase and it will be replaced.
All items shipped from our warehouse locations are found to be in perfect condition with the retail packaging in a good presentable condition as well. If you receive an item from us that is not in the above-mentioned condition, you must contact us within 3 days of your receipt to ensure a remedy is provided within a timely manner.
We don't like to over promise and under deliver. We would love to ship all orders right away but that won't be the case all the time. All orders are are generally shipped within 48-72 hours of receiving your payment, weekends not included. Depending on the current order volume we have and the available staff in our warehouse, your order could be shipped in 24 hours or less. We wanted to provide full transparency with our shipping timelines and thank you for your understanding.
